Brief Background: Ravi M. R., a passionate painter from Mangaluru, has been working in the field of art since 2003. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Mahalasa School of Arts, Mangaluru, where he studied for five years. He also completed a one-year bridge course in arts, further sharpening his skills in both traditional and contemporary styles. Painting has been Ravi’s passion since childhood. Although his academic background also includes training in architecture, and his wife is involved in fashion design, his core interest has always remained in visual art. His artistic vision blends realism with contemporary expression, and he never approaches painting as a mere commercial product—it’s an emotional and creative journey for him.
